JUMP START
Fit COACH

GROUP PROGRAM

Jump Start your health and fitness by joining our ongoing group sessions. 

This is a two week program and is customizable for groups of 3 -10, including friends, family and children.

COST:  $295

Your program includes…

 

  • (6) 55-minute sessions that will include a fitness workout and a health & mindfulness lesson. Sessions must  be completed within two weeks.

INTRO
Fit COACH

3 MONTH 1-ON-1 PROGRAM

Th Intro Fit COACH 3-month program is an abbreviated health program. I work with people on foods and diet, help them turn things around, but it’s a condensed version of the 6-month program. We scratch the surface, start seeing good changes, but we don’t get the whole picture.

COMPREHENSIVE
Fit COACH

6 MONTH 1-ON-1 PROGRAM

The Comprehensive Fit COACH

is a 6-month individual program, designed to produce holistic and sustainable results. We dive deep into all aspects of your life: health history, foods, nutrition, exercise and internal and external stresses. Additionally, we review and set career goals, relationship goals, and even touch on spiritual nutrition. We look at the whole YOU to craft out a program that is bio-individual as in, customized just for YOU.
