I'm David Wilcox, a Certified Nutrition Health Coach, Skilled Fitness and Martial Arts Instructor, and successful Business Entrepreneur
with a B.A in Psychology from Boston College.
I have extensive experience Health & Fitness Coaching Seniors, clients with COPD, Parkinson's Disease ,Dementia and Depression, and Special Needs Children specifically with the
Safeena Foundation’s Abdullah bin Masud Academy Saturday School. In addition, I founded QuranFit: Wellness Warrior Program for
ICLI Hifz Students.

Fitness Focus
David Wilcox brings thirty-five years of Martial Arts experience,
specifically WOTSFA SCRA, studying under Chief Elder Harry Castel.
His mastery of SCRA, Spontaneous Creative Rhythmic Adaptation,
earned him the title of Elder. SCRA covers a diverse comprehensive approach that includes
ground fighting techniques, striking, grappling and breath and energy cultivation techniques.
With this expertise, David has designed Targeted Fitness Workouts that
combine Martial Arts, Yoga, HIIT, Energy Cultivation and Breathing Exercises.
These workouts are our Fitness Focus, offered as a series of ongoing workout routines
that are available as group or 1 on 1 sessions.
